What tool should i use to index my webpages?

Hope you are all well.

First let me ask if tools still work to index my website's webpages cause i saw a video in 2024 a famous SEO expert said that google has stoped allowing people to index their websites through these tools? Do these tools still work?

In the past i have used wildseo.co but i am not satissfied. 1. the website account crashes, 2. it didnt index all my webpages.

I have a big website with around 3000 webpages so i need a tool like this. I researched and found Omegaindexer and SpeedyIndex, which is best or there is a better one?

The best one must be Webmastertool

Google makes it harder to get pages indexed now. OmegaIndexer works well, SpeedyIndex is quicker. Try both or check IndexMeNow!
 
Indexing tools still work, but Google is cracking down, so they’re not as effective as before. With 3,000 pages, combining manual indexing with strong internal linking might help. Both OmegaIndexer and SpeedyIndex have their pros and cons maybe test them on a few pages first.
 
I use speedybot indexing tool. They operate everything via telegram.

Yeah, indexing tools don’t work as well as they used to. Google’s become stricter, and a lot of these tools can’t force indexing like before. It’s not that they’re completely blocked , just less effective now.
OmegaIndexer and SpeedyIndex still work to some extent, but results vary. I’d suggest testing a small batch first. Also, make sure your site has strong internal linking, clean sitemaps submitted in Google Search Console, and no major content quality issues, those matter a lot more now for indexing.

If it's you own website you are wanting to improve the indexing of, you are better off working on things like your internal linking. You want every page on the site to be accessible within a maximum of 3 clicks from your most-backlinked page (which is usually the home page), and ideally have every page linked to from at least 3 other pages on the site. Then, work on building backlinks to your main hub pages - pages that in turn link to many other pages, so top-level category pages etc. This encourages spidering of subsequent urls.

I would mainly recommend indexing services for third party urls, or the occasional stubborn page on your own sites - not every page on your sitemap!
 
Both OmegaIndexer and SpeedyIndex have mixed results recently. I'd recommend focusing on high-quality backlinks and using Google Search Console for reliable indexing.

Submit your sitemap.xml with all the links of your pages in it.

Google Search Console is the most effective and safest way to index your website. You can submit your sitemap directly to Google so that it knows about all your pages. It's free and quite helpful for SEO.
 
Tools can help you get indexed faster. It still depends on your site’s authority. Google is very strict about that now.
