I have a budget of 500$ to invest. Can anyone tell me, in what do I invest this money so I can start a Passive Income Business.
I have 2 things already in my mind :
1) Dropshipping
2) Buy a monetized YouTube Channel

All the experienced businessman here, please shower some light here and guide me :)

Dropshipping is a good option. However, I don't suggest you invest your money without any experience. First learn more about dropshipping and its methods. Then, invest your money in the right things. You will definitely get success.

Buy some aged account. You wouldn't buy a website for $500, but maybe some good channels with proper strategy can yield you 5x this money in a month if you know what you're doing.

In regards to dropshipping, I would rather put everything into bitcoin and hope for it to raise rather than try this. Chances are I would double my money.

Dropshipping and e-commerce are things that can eat $50k and still fail lol. As you may know, it's mostly about doing ads which requires a ton and another ton of experience.

Maybe invest in some cheap domains. You might get a couple of them or just guest posts. Not much to do with this money in terms of "legit business".

Only black hat tricks can let you multiply in this case. Money will just help.

If you don't know what you're doing, just keep saving.

YouTube is a better way than dropshipping IF your capital is US$500. However, buying a monetized channel of low quality may result in the channel getting demonetized. You may consider starting a review based YouTube channel (review products & services), upload good content, good quality review videos, your affiliate links in description and if videos are appealing then even before your channel gets eligible for YouTube's monetization, brands could approach you for paid promotions, sponsorships, etc (they will pay you to review or mention their products or services).

Appreciate your response. I'm thinking similarly about the YouTube Channel stuff. I think Social Media presence itself is a money source. Even if views are not paying off, the promotions on the channels will surely payoff.
I see many gigs on Fiver to promote your thing on their channel for x$

Yeah, influencer marketing, sponsorships and selling out are good tactics to get some money. :D

YouTube is also good for building funnels. It converts better than FB and almost like SEO.

Yes correct. I have my own Channel with only 1200 subs as of now. (Shorts channel) Maybe I'm thinking of putting some real videos and buying watch hours to start with Monetization.
Then I can promote my channel with the leftover money.

Question: Invest all in 1 already home-grown channel's growth or buy 2 more monetized channels?

These two are so far far away from a passive business, they are actually the opposite.

If you want passive income I would suggest you join zignaly and invest in Asewee profit sharing. I guess there is one service that you can still get in. You can put $10 just to see what is this and invest more when you feel comfortable. This is the only truly passive income I can think of. Asewee manage it all, you just do nothing.

Risk? As always there is a risk in anything in this life - from starting a business, to get married, LOL.

If crypto is not your thing then I could suggest you invest into a digital product and sell it here on BHW. With 500 you can buy some courses and tools, learn a thing and master it and write a decent guide. This is 99% passive as you still must answer customer questions once per day.

Anything else requires a lot more consistent works and investment.

In my case, I would never buy a monetized channel (most are poor quality and get demonetized soon), not worth it. And buying watch time as well the same, many people do that and get screwed (many threads with members mentioning that).
My suggestion is : organically grow your channel. The best way for this is to keep uploading as many videos as possible, BUT videos should be appealing.

I wouldn't buy any channel until it was for spam purposes. It's a churn and burn type of thing. As I said, you can 5x your money if you do it properly.

Never buy views / retention unless you want to boost your spam videos on channels that don't last.

In your case i would buy a monetized and established website and i would start to vontinue creating content to scale that account

Work on building a website, list it on Google and start Amazon Affiliate marketing. You will write articles on your website and you will promote certain Amazon items and in return you will get a percentage on each sale. Amazon Affiliate marketing starts giving fruits within 02 - 03 months and needs around $500 or investment for buying domains etc.

Depends, what skills do you have?
I would try to leverage your actual skills or learn new ones

none of those 2 options are really passive. With the dropshipping, you need to keep a look at the trends, inventory, shipping, customer support. And with the yt channel, you will need to create videos to keep making money.

In reality, passive income doesn't exist. Find something that you can outsource and it will serve you better

If you're planning to work like a legit business: entertainment, gaming (your own) ... this will be a good option for you, when you have audience you can dropship from your own youtube videos, Two birds with one stone

i would select YT over dropshipping with this amount
