ahhh... i almost change my content, i almost change my title too. im so scared as v.... is there any improvement i have to do while google do that? i cant find my domain using allintitle.. i only found it using site:

Just wait it out a few days. Don’t change anything yet. Most of the time it stabilizes on its own after the update finishes crawling.

This is sound advice. Most dance effects usually settle after a few weeks. SEO is slow. They make it slow on purpose so you have to buy PPC.
 
That’s likely a result of Google volatility. Don’t panic, stay calm wait for 3–5 days. Stability usually returns if your content stays strong.
 
That sounds like classic GG dance, especially after recent updates. Dont panic , let it settle for a couple of weeks before taking big SEO changes. Monitor your GSC data for consistent signals.
