Is paypal safe ? What are transaction charges for paypal?
Also how long it takes to get your own adsense approved with that website, and the chances of it getting approved after owner change.

Safe for buyer as you can dispute any fraud. Took me 3 days to get approval.

With adsense account in bonus do you mean full gmail id?

Adsense account is very precious. No one is going to give it for free as a bonus.
