and what about link diversity means what is other work along with web 2.0.
and total how much time kw take for ranking #1?
and if not come after web 2.0 link so what i do next. repeat same process or something else.?

The main thing for web 2.0 is content. You can use spun or original.

You will need content whether handwritten or spun and if you build web2.0 from the same domain then you should switch proxies to avoid serial ban.
no one can answer this. build links including web 2.0s until you get ranked. Sometimes you can rank a site with just 5 web 2s or you will need 30 web 2s. It all depends on your site and the keyword you are targeting. do not only build web 2s. Diversify your link profile. include blog comments, forum posts, image video submissions, etc.. but use only quality links with quality content. And do not over-optimize keyword (anchor text )

don't use money keyword in tier 2, tier 3 links. (this is my personal opinion.)
so what is my anchor text? just web 2.0 naked url and lsi kw or something other ?
I would use mix of lsi, naked url and some random anchor texts (click here, site, read more, etc...)
