What skill should I learn in order to freelance?
If coding please suggest language. Thanks
Also suggest courses book sites etc please

As for the learning, you can't go wrong with youtube. You can literally find anything on there.

There are other resources like Udemy which will cost you a few dollars per course but its a good place to start if you have not idea whatsoever where to begin.
 
Learn how to web scrape with python.. There are plenty of free scrapers on github.. Then scrape for cash on freelance sites
 
Just think what you already know and learn more and have advance knowledge in that. If you ask me in coding - python advanced programming such as automation and scraping
 
First I had to learn to write proper English. Get a grasp of good grammar. And then learn to write for online audiences.

learning wordpress and creation of website would help us for to start
 
Have you thought about doing digital marketing services like SEO and SMM.

It can be much easier with coding, and if you're a well-organized dude can easily get a job as a Virtual Assistant for someone.
