My customer received his product but he wants a refund because it got there damaged.
Since this is my first time dropshipping i'm kinda confused on what i should do?
can someone help please?

You have only 1 option that is to refund back because your product is damaged! It is better that you refund the money back

Just do a refund or maybe ask them if they would like another one shipped out. I had a similar situation before and they usually wanted another one shipped out so I was still in the positive(depends on your products and price markup).

I wanted to do a refund and ship the same item again. but i'm not sure in which state the item will arrive again
I saw good feedbacks in aliexpress

Ask him for a photo of the damaged item and refund it to him in full. Then try to be refund for your turn on Aliexpress with the attached photo.

Act like a real business. What would you do if you had your own company? You would give the customer a refund. Ask for a photo, then talk with the supplier and give that customer a refund. Trust me, it will save you lots of money and give you a good reputation.
