I use Yoast SEO Free plugin.
It's has all the features i need.
I am Planning to upgrade to Yoast SEO premium.

Basic one is all you need. It's not about the plugin, it's about if your content is optimized or not.
Plugins are just basic shit, nothin special if you ask me.

I agree content needs to be optimized.
However i believe plugins also play a important role in helping us to rank.
