What other services do clients buy BEFORE or ALONGSIDE getting a website made?

I just wanna know if there's anyone out there who knows what services clients buy before or alongside getting a website made.

Do any of you sell a service where your clients now need a website next as the next stage in setting up there business?

Or maybe you remember a story of this situation.

An opposite scenario would be: a client getting a website made and then the next service they would need being SEO/PPC.

So what would be before or alongside the website.

Yes of course they all want traffic, but they usually want traffic AFTER buying a website. The question I'm asking is: what service do they buy BEFORE or ALONGSIDE buying the website?

Content they need

keyword, product and market research.

An amount of articles ,relevant to their niche ,they decide is enough for the site to look alive.

Hosting of course

SEO, content, social media etc. of course.
