What kind of autoblogging plugin is this?

So I am competing with a website who published posts about reductions and deals on shopping website and he has more than 5 languages for every post, the url structure is so weird and so the posts and he publishes 2 posts every 30 minutes. I think it's an auto-blog, It tried to scan the plugins and theme wpthemedetector.com but it was unable to fetch them because the site is blocking them.

The website involved is chinacoupon.info

Does anybody have an idea on what kind of plugin achieves this?

But how would it copy his affiliate link instead of the rss source? And have it translated for 7 languages
