For me, it was accidentally blocking important pages from being indexed. Everything looked fine until organic traffic slowly dropped. Ever since then, I always double-check robots.txt, meta tags, and Search Console after making site changes.

I agree, internal linking makes a big difference. So now do you focus more on linking new posts to old posts or improve links inside existing content ?

no internal linking. Publishing posts without any internal linking or useless linking.

My biggest mistake was publishing without proper SEO structure like headings and metadata, which made it harder for Google to understand the content.
