Can someone explain me how can they generate content like this and can make redirection ?

This website is pretty good in search results in Turkey with betting keywords (like bahis sitesi -bet sites - bedava bonus veren siteler -- free bet sites etc )

What trick? I don't see anything special. A very poorly / fishy page with a block content and a 503 server error in the other page.

That's a JS Cloaker, which works for the short-terms, but for it to work on more depth you have to take care of google and other search engines.

Though, Those landing pages are really good to be honest

yes just simple cloaking, however by the looks of the url structure could also be on hacked sites.
some people hack sites that already rank well, create subdirectories (or virtual files) with new content and cloak the traffic to an affiliate lander.
they are not real hackers though, its just people who found some hacking tools to use for their seo spam.

Let me explain again for those who don't understand.
they automatically generate content on betting related words to appear in google searches and it really works.
When you click on these sites after searching on google, you are automatically directed to the affiliate site.
It is obvious that they use cloakers for this.
but it amazes me that it is listed so much and that it really gets traffic.
