I was a newbie, How do I know a low or high competition keywords (keyword difficult)?
Whether these keywords [ "Phoenix House Tampa" ] include high or low Competitions?

Basically if page one is full of authority sites keyword is consider hard and you need to check if top 10 results are optimized for the keyword or not. If they are not optimized and shity sites are ranking with poor content. keyword is consider easy.

You could also have this competition check done for you on websites such as KWFinder or on software like MarketSamurai etc.

I very often see a bad onpage
but they have a lot of backlinks

do you think the most accurate tools for checking keyword difficulty
SEMRush, ahrefs, Moz, market samurai, long tail pro, keyword Revealer?

I've tried using it but they have a different outcome

Automated tools are good but nothing beats manually checking. There are free tools like supa growth's keyword feast that will give you long tails. Then put the long tails into google and see if they focused on page seo for these long tails.

Based on the keyword, yes, you could probably get top 10 if you have a good domain with existing metrics, but honestly, how many people look for the exact term "mold in my house"?

Just from the screenshot, you could be top 10.

That keyword is not good for you, gov and authority news sites with those links pointing to actual page.

Generally speaking, if you see one or two non big-brand, garbage website anywhere near the top 10 or top 15 it is low competition.
