What is better in CPA, Human verification or Install APP?

which is better in each network separately according to your experience?

Results always vary and even with a good producing setup, your results will vary internally on the network on a daily basis. Really, the best answer was already given when they said split test your traffic and just see what works for you on a per campaign basis.
