What I’d Do If I Found a Hidden Niche with Zero Competition

Suppose you discover a Niche/Topic that is still completely untouched. Even though the product was launched 4–5 years ago, the market is still not saturated. No one has yet worked on this product in a dedicated way.

In that case, what would you do with this niche? Share your strategy.

It could be anything — from a general SEO content-based blog, YouTube channel, Pinterest, Reddit strategy, to dropshipping, Amazon FBA business.

Exactly how would you utilize this opportunity? And how would you do your work? Share your idea.

It really depends on the niche!
Knowing the niche, you know the user target; knowing user target, you know the strategy and places to run it.
 
If it’s a niche I would do a deep research about it while checking related keywords to that niche in order to see how demanding it is and if it’s worth my time to pursue it.

If it’s a product I would first try it myself and if I like it and if I think others may like it as well I would look up if there is lots of competition. Later, I would build a website and test the waters by advertising it. If there is a lot of demand and ads run successfully I would just directly sell it myself instead of getting involved in affiliate marketing, dropshipping and etc.
 
If I found a niche like that, I’d start with a content site and rank fast with low comp keywords. Build a YouTube channel alongside it to hit both search and video traffic. Once there’s traction, add affiliate links or dropship related products. Later, maybe expand to Reddit or Pinterest for extra reach.

Do mix of both blog and youtube with more focus on youtube.

I thought the same thing. At the same time, I want to do something extra, and I also want to know if there is anything more that can be done? I want to do things that make my presence known all over the internet. So that wherever people want to know about this product, my work comes there.

If I found an untouched niche, I’d jump in fast with a blog or YouTube channel, focus on SEO content, and build authority early. I’d test affiliate links or dropshipping and repurpose content on Pinterest or Reddit for extra traffic. Get in early, stay consistent, and own the space.
 
I’d build a niche store and run some cheap TikTok or Facebook ads to test demand. If it works, I’d grow it with SEO and email marketing.
 
Create a blog, collect leads, grow social media pages and youtube channel. Before others find it, you'll be an authority. You can have organic growth and dedicated followers.

IG and Tiktok are the best if you target youngsters. If you target aged people, then platforms like fb and pinterest are good. It depends heavily on your niche and target customers. You should do niche research to see where do people get their customers from. You can apply the same strategies.

No, you wouldn't buy the product, and also, people are different. You might not like limes, but I do. Does that mean you wouldn't sell me limes because you don't like them?

Your idea is good. However, in the case of IG, this is very hard to convert your audience to customers, as IG does not allow clickable links in the post caption/description. All is good!

You can keep the link in profile and create product review or niche related videos.

Financial niches are very competitive niches. This is a YMYL niche. Many giant authority websites are already dominating the market. If you want to be successful in this niche, you must have a huge team with expert professional finance advisors.

I personally would not sell a product I don’t like or use. I feel more comfortable selling products that I know and love to use. I’m not obligated to sell you something.

I think this is a good strategy. No matter how well you try to promote a product that you don't really like, at the end of the day, the results won't be great. But when you work on something that you actually like, you love it and do it with passion. This work also produced results that are outstanding.

Yes, when I look back I have always been successful and enjoyed promoting products I used and loved.
