In what country and what language?It's not any micro niche or specific niche . It will be an authority blog on sports niche

You're talking about 3MM hits a month on the sports niche. That is only a lot if we're talking about acquiring these people through organic search. You can spend about $1k today and get 3MM popunder hits today from blind traffic. (Using anything from exoclic, doublepimp or even 50onred)
now for the organic side of things:
- Language: if we're talking 3MM sports hits, the first thing will be to know that you will have to build a site in at least 5 languages.
english, spanish, Portuguese, russian And probably German.
- niche: you'll have to find a niche within sport, big enough that you'll manage to rank for both the head and tail in a relatively low competition site.
- content: you'll need to create enough topical content (probably some 500 articles/month) of which about 20-30 will have to be really high quality and ties the rest together.
- authority: go and buy a high authority dropped domain that is related to the niche. Something like snapnames, freshdrop or DomCop will help.
- linkbuilding: the amount of concerted effort needed in order to gain enough sponsored articles, pbn sites and sheer content needed to run the operation would be in the $ thousands per month.
