Most of the time, i feel dizzy and not motivated.
When i am doing Internet Marketing projects, i need to focus.
Coffee sometime works for me. Red bull works too. But there are side effects right.
So what do you eat/Drink while working?
What kind of music you listen ? ( i prefer not listening to music at all as it distracts me )
What other tips you can give?

P.S Don't just bash me that question has already been answered in the past.

A big fat line of blow usually does the trick for me.
That probably does the trick for a lot of people.

I would suggest you get into a routine, OP. If you feel dizzy, you might just lack structure in your life.

I used to feel "unbalanced" and somewhat anxious - literally started working out and sleeping a lot more, and everything is much better now.

Sometimes it's the little things!

try to diversify what you do during the day...if not u gonna run in a loop - and soon boredom will occur - even the tracks that I listen to wile working I keep changing them....

So, you want to stay alert while you're working? All you need to do is buy a pair of circumaural headphones and play this song on repeat all day. Trust me, it'll keep you awake.

If you want to stay awake and feel like a thug at the same time, then play this song.

1. Meditating helps clear the mind.
2. Setting yourself realistic targets and reminding yourself of them and what they mean to you will help keep the focus.
3. Eating regularly and properly (eating too many carbs at lunch will usually make you lethargic in the afternoon).
4. Breaking down your tasks into smaller ones will help stop you from feeling overwhelmed.
5. I use a website called soundrown - it's just white noise (rain / sea / wind / etc)

1. Have a good night sleep. The brain needs at least 6 hours of sleep as the bare minimum. A bit more never hurts though.
2. Exercise regularly. I run on every weekday morning at least 40 minutes.
If the above two won't change your life then:
3. Quit every self-destroying habits (drugs, alcohol, caffeine, nicotine, sugar)
4.

when you feel dizzy just stand up have a little walk around the room go to bathroom put some water in ur face then continue work.
Make sure u do something energetic like 3-4second sprinting without moving that works for me

You're going to feel unmotivated. After all, who wants to work? The point is you need to make it a habit, and once it's a habit you actually start to look forward to it once you learn how to make it fun. When I gained a whole bunch of weight because I got concussed. I am a former D1 football player and I was dreading the gym cause I knew it was going to suck. I was out of shape and it was a whole lot harder than I remembered. However, after a few weeks, I find myself upset if I cant get to the gym.

Someone once told me that the most important thing you need if you want to be successful is the "Why".
Once you have that you will have all the energy, inspiration and motivation that you need.

They why is just about understanding why you are getting up everyday, why you are working hard, why you are not giving up etc. If you put this stuff down on paper - where you want to be and why you want to get there - that should help you to stay motivated.

That way you dont need any physical thing, you dont need an energy drink or coffee or drugs or anything like that. You get up every day and work hard all day because you know exactly what you are trying to acheive and you know the end goal is worth it.

Going off what @davids355 said, the book "The One Thing" by Gary Keller is a great book to read to help you find your "Why". I highly recommend it.

You are most likely getting dizzy due to staring at the computer screen too long and poor nutrition. That is your body's way of letting you know you are low on bodily resources.

Being an entrepreneur takes a lot out of you because it's a lot of thinking. Thinking drains bodily resources. I have a notion to believe thinking actually burns calories because when I am done working after a few hours, I am STARVING. Even though all I have been doing is sitting at my desk.

When you wake up in the morning, sit outside for awhile and eat breakfast so you can fill up your body with "gasoline" and let your eyes rest before you start working on the computer. After you eat, start work. After 2 hours of work, take a break. Get up and go outside, do a quick exercise routine, and let your eyes rest. Then work for another hour. After working for an hour, take a break and have lunch outside so you can rest some more and fill up with more gasoline. Then get back to work for another 2 hours. After 2 hours, take another break outside to let your eyes rest, and have a snack. Then get back to work again for another hour. After an hour, eat dinner, and rest for the rest of the evening. You should probably even take weekends off as well, and do not look at the computer on the weekends. Let your eyes rest.

Try to keep your daily schedule consistent and as if you were working a regular day job. For some reason, we entrepreneurs like to work, and work, and work, and work, without taking any breaks because we are too focused on making our dreams come true. We forget to eat and don't want to sleep. Eating and sleeping are doing nothing but holding us back from our dreams! Lol.

But we need both food and sleep so we can keep going. So cut out the coffee and Red Bull. Those are horrible for the body. You will have to load up on green vegetables, fruit, and hardy meat in order to be able to perform at high levels like we want to.

Your body is like a Ferrari. It will only accept the highest quality of gasoline in order to perform at the levels it was intended to. Imagine if you put some cheap "Regular Unleaded" gas in your Ferrari. :eek:o_O:confused: It would not run anywhere near the way it's supposed to, and it would probably start making strange noises as you drive. So don't put cheap gas like Red Bull and caffeine into your body. That is synthetic gas that won't get you very far.

I normally listen to classical music, or a rainstorm, or birds chirping while I work. It keeps the energy around me clean and "tranquil". :D

I prefer not to eat and drink while working. If you want to earn money you need to work if you motivated or not it doesn't matter.

Good paycheck + Enough Sleep + Quality times with my lovley wife.

Thats what keeps me motivated at least. Specially the quality times with my wife. :D

When I am at work and need energy then drink cool water to calm myself. And saline help me to bring energy.

When I'm not feeling motivated I stop what I'm doing, put some music that I like to play and try to remember why I'm doing this, why I am working, what's my goal. So usually in 10 minutes I'm feeling motivated again.

*Sometimes I'm not motivated because of lack of real life, I invest so much time here on internet that I forget about going out and having a real life, going out and talking to real people is a good way to keep sanity and consequently have: focus and motivation while working.
