This looks like one of those bold, playful "cartoon" fonts that are popular on YouTube thumbnails. I am not sure about it but it's very close to Luckiest Guy or Bangers, which are often used for this kind of text.
 
You could've just put the screenshot to WhatTheFont...
 
My research shows "Chortle Sign Painter & Marker Font" as the closest alternative.
