These restrictions have been in place for a long time, I don't see anything new here
 
I think FB is being influenced by countries so advertising policies will be tighter, so it will be more and more difficult for you to advertise because of violating policies.
 
This is nothing new, it has been there for a long time, if you do not want to be restricted, please follow Facebook's policies to avoid being restricted.

There are pros and cons. While they can reduce discrimination and promote fair hiring, they are bad for some companies right now.
