There are a lot of factors involved in judging the backlink, you need to check the website's RD, DA, TF and see if they are from your niche as well.. Also, you need to get the links from contextually relevant articles to make it more effective.

a lot claim Wiklipedia is strong but is it they try to " smoke people ? the Wikipedia will comment , NO used edit the source etc , as claim it will not rank , this is what Wkikipeida claim if they noticed you spam or whatever "
