buy a domain with it and setup a ton of free trials for things and try to make a few more bucks. You don't need a ton of money to sell online, but you want to start with a little more than $4.
When you hit $8 that's enough for a domain and an email address!

Start following users manually (test the daily limit). Once you have earned more buy another domain buy hosting and start learning SEO.
