Screaming frog, semrush, Google search console, Google analytics, pagespeed insights. Also can use ahrefs, they are better for link building than semrush but semrush has better content-creation tools like keyword research, planning and tracking.

Ahref, SEMrush is awesome. But the best thing is your knowledge.
for someone like me who is new to SEO and has a limited budget. Costs of paid tools seo make it difficult for beginners to use all feature and benefit from these tools.
