Can you elaborate further on "better internal linking" - what would be the most effective way to do this without overdoing it?

There are so many strategies out there right now, I've been having success with a PBN myself though
 
 
Get a PBN Private Blog Network it will cost you atleast 3 to 5 thousand and rank for anything.
Or you can buy from people on this great Forum. I also sell this service i have several PBNs so i don't think you need to look anymore.

Weird. Just told us a lot without telling us anything. I hate replies like this. Sounds good but really is just a load of crappy, flabby sound bites.
My mantra now is: no footer links, no fiverr backlinking services and long posts on my site of at least 600 words with at least 2 external authority links. Been doing this for 2 months now and my main insurance site has gone from page 7 to number 1 on page 2 for my main keyword. I also post at least once a week.
