You need to work on your terminology or understand what you want. Using a fulfilment centre is not "drop shipping"
If you plan on buying your own stock you can send the stock directly to the fulfilment warehouse pending a few conditions which will vary location to location, some may accept the goods received others might what you to deliver it there or at least be there on receiving.
Costs will vary depending on the location and what you require costs involved are normally storage fees, picking, packing and dispatching and again will vary on how much you are posting weekly.
Items either need to be barcoded and complete if a large item like a table & chairs or if it's small some might still require the product to be barcoded for inventory while other locations may leave that alone and can be placed in a barcoded bin.
So you buy all the stock and they hold it, you then need to ensure you have a decent way to send orders to them some might require a csv feed or a method to be tied in directly to their processing systems.
If you "drop ship" this is you holding no stock and the manufacture or distributor will send the item directly to the customer for you on your behalf under a white label shipping service.
Either way you need to understand what you are doing and get your terminology correct. No point asking on here how much it will cost - pick up the phone and speak to your local centre - nothing to be scared of!

Difference between 3PL and Suppliers

Suppliers:
1. Can do find products, provide you cost of them
3. Do not having any right platforms to track shipments, any more professional ways of approaches,
F.2 What 3PL is going to offer sourcing, rebranding and customise services? Never seen any offer rebranding or sourcing - I'm assuming this is product based as in they will source products for you to sell? and then rebrand them?
S.1 Suppliers do not "find products" they already have a product line they are supplying to you. They may extend the range but they do not go sourcing stuff for you to sell specifically just for you.
S.3 If you purchase and the items goes via a courier or tracked standard postal service. What platform do you think they need to offer to provide shipping? Any supplier that offers dropshipping is going to have a half decent system in place for them to place, pack and ship orders they will send you tracking info you can look it up yourself. Don't get what else you need.
I dunno what you mean by "any more professional ways of approaches" unless you have been dealing with the wannabe sellers out there, most distributors you deal with tend to have had money invested in the warehouse and logistics side of things..
Of course you might be referring to maybe purchasing direct on Aliexpress BUT not all "suppliers" are the same.
