I originally got rejected then out of the blue was accepted despite me doing nothing to change the site, their email said it was an admin error and I should not have been turned down the first time.
Best advice now you've come this far is play by their rules and don't try game them, they're 100 times quicker to ban accounts than approve them.

How many articles did you have on your site that you used for the adsense approval? I got rejected twice on adsense approval.

Arround 100+ pages and 30+ posts. Try to link your ADSense with YouTube account and upload couple of videos and then try again... Google will see that you have a website too and they will like to Advertise on your site too and not only on Youtube.
