He's finding items people are selling cheap, then offering the mechanics and other staff (me included) "great deals" on 2nd hand TV's and furniture for £10 or £20 more than it will cost him to buy.

I've been watching him do it on Team Viewer. I'm not even mad boys, Dave is a hustler.

He made me mad when he installed Microsoft Office 2003 on every ones PC though.

You are leaving that place. If you really care you talk to the owner, explain him the situation, get rid of this guy and hire a professional like you should've done in the first place. End of story.

I care more than you think, the website I built them is my very best work, I've given them everything and in truth I have very little to show for it.

2 years I worked there, working 6 days a week for pretty shit money at times. I took 4 days off through all this time, 1 for medical stuff, 1 for a job interview, 1 to find a new flat near the new place, 1 for fun.

Don't give me this bullshit about me not caring. I think I give more of a fuck about the place than the owner at times. He's sunk a lot of money in there, but genuinely has no idea how things work.

He has a really cool thing going, but he also has a solid track record of making mad decisions.

Been in your exact situation years ago. Since then I vowed myself never to sell my skills for cheap again and never to work with someone I can't learn anything from. You have 2 ways of getting out of this without massive piles of frustration:

1) You make the owner understand his stupid decision and help him correct it.
2) You stop caring. I know it hurts, I know you've invested a lot of soul into that company but it is what it is.
