3) You can also pin top performers against the owner (if the owner is that stupid). Build relationships with those people while copy / pasting the business model then split up, make yourself boss and slowly pull out those performers. That's essentially what I did and 2 years later the company went bankrupt. At first I just made a replica website with better branding & marketing. Over time it morphed into something much bigger & more profitable. Which gave me leverage to jump into more verticals.
The only downside is I did this with a small, vulnerable company. I also had no clue if it would work. But I knew I was the one who created the website, branding, funnel and was driving most the leads. A lot of times I was the only one driving leads.
Furthermore, you don't need to build real "relationships" with anyone. In my case, I knew I didn't have true leadership abilities. So I found a person who did. And it helped that he was my brother. But he's the one who converted and pulled the companies top 2 salesman.
You have that person show the top performers what you built. You wait till those wheels are in motion (leads) before telling anyone. Then slowly prick'm out cause slow is always more painful.
Ste's a smart fuck. I'm not trying to devalue anything he's doing and would prefer this thread stays comedy. But on Wallstreet... in business in general this shit happens every single day. There are sociopaths with no real business skills. They just know people really well. See them all as objects. They'll take your "good nature" as the lube to fuck you in the ass repeatedly while they hurl themselves like an AIDS infested bullet through top positions. Like what the leader of the NRA did. Then what he did to Smith & Wesson. Or what OJ did. Doesn't fuckn matter. As long as you love bleedy assholes there will always be a #3 in life.
