Hello
If you search "site:blogspot.com celebrity (or any other words)" in google you can see there is a lot of blogs that redirected to big sites like brightside[dot]me, ign[dot]com, businessinsider[dot]com and ... .
This blogs have millions indexed links and some of them active since years ago and google (blogger) is not blocking them.
Is this some black hat or ... ?

may be they redirect web 2.0 blog to their money site. but i dont know how they redirect

Well, i typed "site:blogspot.com Justin Bieber ans the firest 2 results redirected me to youtube videos....one was his official channel

You can edit the theme on blogger. So you can add a redirect code in the theme.

This Blogs redirect you to each post of that blog in main site.
If you find post #2 of a blogger blog in google this post will redirect you to main site post #2.

blogger has redirect option. but i dont think we can inject the link

It’s very easy to redirect blogger to a wanted site.
It can also be very useful if done right
