Weebly call to action button

Hi,I'm currently building a simple site for a client using weebly designer. The issue I'm having is finding the link to add as a redirect. Or embedding the PayPal html code to the join now button. I've contacted weebly customer support but their directing me to PayPal. Is this even doable? I can't switch design platforms client is happy with current template.
