Run all the spam check websites and see if any give you a more specific clue. The purpose of the website might matter, do you have 100% original content etc

I found some dummy content, or casino, and CBD related content in my site, and there was also Male enhancer affiliate banner. I all removed now but dont know how much time it would take To recover

I have general content publishing site. I run the all spam check

Try to remove the duplicate content and disavow the spam link.

It is possible that:
Somebody hacked your site using some exploit in your CMS, now your site is hijacked.
They are probably still have a backdoor to your sites and have an access to edit code and insert their stuff. You should clean up everything, ask your hosting company for help or hire someone.

I am not 100% sure, but if all your websites have the same issue, it looks like hijack.
