Website Builder Tool (with export feature)

Do you know any website builder software (can be offline) that will help people with no coding knowledge in building own website.
Requirement is export feature to file (html+js+images etc).
For example Bootstrap Studio but I am looking for something even more simple.

NO unbounce, leadpages, instabuilder, instapage, wix...etc.

Have personally used and learned CoffeeCup Web builder NOT HTML editor.... Seriously wasnt that hard to learn just explore the tools dont need video tutorials... Called Web Builder by Coffe Cup software
BTW get free trial still get all feautures and export

Do these tools have drag&drop of elements feature? E.g. Optin forms etc.
 
If you use other Adobe software, then you could possibly look into Muse. I have never used it personally, but apparently it makes things quite easy.
