i can't speak for them myself but i do know people who have used them and got paid. i remember my one friend was mailing with them for a little while and he got paid on time without any problems.
I worked with them for a couple weeks, My experience was.. I promoted about 2 weeks, Made around 500.00, Payout comes around.. Kept saying Unpaid. I had to email them a couple times, then they finally sent it.
