Is there a tool which works for downloading entire website from waybackmanchine.

There are a few free one's out there. Here are a few that I've personally used.

Also ScrapeBox with the Expired Domain Finder let's you download WayBack sites.

What is the purpose? If you are thinking to clone the whole website, then good luck.
