WARNING: CheapPanel.com – Order Never Delivered, Refill Scam, Refund Denied After 2 Months
I am posting this to warn other BHW members before they lose their hard-earned money.Service Used
- Website: CheapPanel.com
- Service: YouTube Watch Time
- Order ID: 6956734
- Quantity Ordered: 3700 watch hours
- Amount Paid: $79.92
- Promised Delivery: ~4 days
- Actual Result: Only ~1500 watch hours delivered (even those 1500 dropped afterwards), then everything stalled
What Actually Happened (Timeline)
- Order placed successfully – payment accepted instantly.
- Only ~1500 watch hours (even those 1500 dropped afterwards) were delivered instead of 3700.
- I opened a refill ticket immediately with proof/screenshots.
- Support replied with the usual copy-paste responses:
- “Please keep patience”
- “We’re working on it”
- “Order added to refill”
- Nothing happened.
No refill. No progress. No timeline. - I followed up politely for weeks.
- Every time:
- “Wait 3–4 days”
- “Don’t reply, we’ll inform you”
- Days turned into weeks, weeks into over 2 months.
- When I finally demanded a refund, they:
- Kept looping me back to “refill”
- Asked for screenshots again and again
- After dragging this for 2+ months, they finally shut me down by saying:
- They fail to deliver
- They delay intentionally
- They stall until refill window expires
- Then they keep your money
Support Quality = Absolute Garbage
- No accountability
- No escalation
- Same canned replies every time
- You’re told not to reply, while nothing is being processed
- Refund requests are completely ignored
- Once refill time expires → case closed, money gone
This is deliberate stalling until refund/refill eligibility expires.
Why This is Dangerous?
If a panel:- Takes payment
- Fails delivery
- Promises refill
- Delays endlessly
- Then hides behind “refill expired”
Final Verdict
DO NOT USE CHEAPPANEL.COM DO NOT TRUST THEIR REFILL SYSTEM DO NOT EXPECT A REFUNDIf something goes wrong, your money is gone.
They will waste your time until you give up.
I’m posting this so others don’t repeat my mistake.
If CheapPanel staff are reading this:
- You had 2+ months
- Multiple screenshots
- Endless follow-ups
- And still chose to keep the money

- Use BHW-verified providers
- Avoid panels that hide behind “refill periods” instead of fixing problems
