Hey guys, hope you're doing great. So, I'm new to BHW, and this is my first post. I came across this domain: hxxps:// capbeast dot com
Now, this website doesn't have strong metrics. The DA is around 20, DR is also between 20 to 25. I know that Google doesn't actually use these metrics while ranking the sites, but still seeing a website ranking for some competitive keywords blow your mind.
The website has 75k+ traffic and they sell caps and hats. They are ranking on #1 spot for the keyword "custom hats" and the stronger sites are ranking below this site.
Clearly, it's black hat SEO at its finest. I checked their links in ahrefs, all the links seem to be coming from video-streaming sites like youtube, showdaytv.com, dailymotion.com, video.slimtrader.com
And the interesting part is some of these links won't appear on the page that user sees, but when you open their source code, you can see their link in the code. Could someone help me study the website? I mean I really want to know what exactly these guys are doing? What kind of techniques they are deploying?
