Hello Guys , I want to learn CPA , can you suggest me any place or can refer some best course to learn CPA , as I can manage Bing Ads account in bulk and I see A lot of CPA User buy bing ads account to promote , so want to learn CPA.

now my time to explain.
CPA means cost per action. you get paid $$ if someone does an action through you.
first get accepted to a cpa network. seach for the best ones on google, if you don't get accepted try the other one.
there is a thread in the above link which tells you how to get accepted.
to make money with cpa you need traffic. traffic is everywhere , you need to know how to utilize it. all the social media platforms are sources of traffic, be it facebook, reddit, instagram etc. and all the serach engines are sources of traffic.
ranking in google or bing/yahoo is free traffic. but you need to do SEO, refer to the thread i linked you to , to learn SEO.
social media is also free traffic. build a social media following then drop your affiliate links. how to do that? search the forum and google.
free traffic is basically anything that isn't requiring money for traffic.
Now for paid traffic. facebook ads is paid traffic, google adwords is paid traffic and bing ads is paid traffic. there are many others, just search.
you basically chose a CPA offer, make a 1 page website about it, they are known as a sales page or a landing page.
then you advertise on these network, your 1 page website. but you have to pay for every click that is done on your website. the cost per click, or CPC is different for each niche.
now you put on your ad and get traffic to your salespage. depending on the product and niche, people will complete the CPA offer.
that's the main outflow of CPA with pay per click marketing ( PPC<---- this is the paid form of getting traffic as i just told you ). however, it's much more effective if you, on your 1 page website, set up an email autoresponder, offer something free to the visitor, and grab their email. after that you send follow up emails and give them value. and then promte a prodcut or another offer. and then you repeat this cycle building a big big list.
always be sure to set up a tracker so that you can know which keywords are converting or you will make no money at all.
you will be needing cloakers for some offers so read up on those as well.
PPC is a form of paid traffic. and if you want to make money through PPC then you will need to have money to burn because for a profitable campaign it takes time and money to perfectly optimize everything i.e; testing keywords, landing page, ad set.
don't try ppc without first learning about it and don't burn all of your money if you do have the investment.
