Want to Find out Payment processor for Movie Streaming Sites Subscriptions

I want to know how on some pirate streaming websites such as Flixtor.to , Gomo.to and many other sites they offer premium memberships showing Ad-Free movies to members and accept credit cards, PayPal as payment options and don't have any problems about DMCA.

Can anyone tell me which payment processors offer that kind of service, and what is the provision?
about PayPal they say like they will charge 0.01 Euros pr USD to verify it and then they will send actual payment link on registered email ID. Why those site admins can not be traced using that 0.01 Euro or USD PayPal transaction or Actual subscriptions payment?

Members do get another payment link on their email ID which can be paid using PayPal too. I want to know how exactly they are able to take payments using PayPal or Credit Cards and still be Anonymous??

Can anyone throw a light and explain in details how it is being done and what is the set up?

But might be the dmca free hosting can be a solution.
I have heard in thia form that the piratebae guyz sell domain and hosting that can help you with that.

They use fake businesses for payment processor. Not directly with the streaming sites.

But when registering for payment processors , the payment processors run checks on the website, how do they show a fake business and swap it out?

They don't swap anything out. The streaming site redirects users to fake website where they buy.
