VPS Error Message

Hey everyone, I'm trying to connect to my Microsoft Remote desktop via my mac book to access Jarvee and I keep getting prompted with this message:

"Unable to connect to remote PC. Please verify Remote Desktop is enabled, the remote PC is turned on and available on the network, and then try again."

It was working fine yesterday and payment is up to date, any reccomendations??

Speak to the host, see if they can help. It might be that the server has crashed or rebooted and not come back online. They can probably start it back up / perform a reboot for you.

Try to reboot/restart the system.

Its Green Cloud VPS, Windows Server 2012

Check if host is online with ping, go to terminal and type ping your_host_ip
if you see that server is responsing then just trey to restart it from the panel
if it's offline then you need to submit a support ticket

you have to go to the vps panel and restart it from there

GreenCloud VPS had a big server update right at the beginning of June. Your IP address probably changed. Check with support or on your admin panel, should be a quick fix
