Hey, for the past few weeks I’ve been experiencing a problem I’ve never encountered before. Specifically, new and aged accounts with 200, 500, or 1,000 views are working perfectly fine. I can post and spam Reels, and nothing happens.

If my account gets, say, 100,000 views on a Reel in a single day, it automatically triggers a 180-day verification, even though I’m not clicking anything—people are just watching it. So where the hell is the problem on my end?

Because of what’s happening, I can’t grow. Because I don’t want to work on accounts that have 200/300 views, but only when they have low views do they not get banned.

What should I do, or are you guys experiencing this problem too? I’ve never seen anything like this before, only on Facebook. Now the tables have turned. On Facebook, I can create a new account and spam it with Reels and posts, and nothing happens—back in the day, on Facebook, doing something like that on a new account would get you an instant ban.

It sounds like the algorithm is just flagging accounts for sus activity when they blow up too fast, maybe it's their weird way of checking if you're actually real and not a bot trying to game the system with viral content

seeing this a lot lately
both new and aged accounts get flagged because of activity patterns and trust issues

especially with reels and aggressive posting

some accounts can still be recovered depending on the case

if you need help, feel free to message me

I haven't noticed that. Are you really sure your setup is safe regarding your accounts?

grow gradually, warm up accounts longer, avoid sudden spikes
Slow and steady = less headaches

That algorithm is seriously messing with your flow, and honestly, getting flagged just for being viral is such a mood killer. You might need to pace your content drops instead of going all in at once so you don't trigger their security bot

Yeah the Algo is definitely flagging accounts for suspicious activity.

Have you contacted IG's support about the matter?
