It's actually pretty easy. Using Firefox or Google Chrome, read the source code and look for this HTML tag - It will be around line 23:
An URL will be attached to this HTML tag - Select and copy it until you see the .mp4 extension. Then just open a new tab, paste this URL and save it using CRTL + S (Windows) or CMD + S (Mac OS X).
If this don't work, you can use some software like Camtasia (for Windows) or Screenflow (for Mac OS X) to record your screen, but will take a lot of time.
