Video Submitter for TubeSite

Permission to post admin and I hope I'm now in the right location.

I just created my tube site and would like to inquire if anyone knows how to add a page for video submission just like the other tube sites, e.g., xvideos, pornhub, etc.
I have it in a Wordpress with Retrotube theme and using adult mass embedder.
Is there a free WP plugin for video submission that I can upload to my dashboard?

You sure ?? Cos that means more disk space and without proper security tweak they could just upload a hidden malware along with it.
