Vanilla Visa Gift Card

I got a visa gift card from one of my client. But it's not working on paypal. Any solution why it's not working on paypal. I've used Vanila Visa gift cards on paypal before and never had problem. This time paypal showing errors such as "sorry something went wrong, please try again later"from last 2 days.
or Any other option to cash out the money other than paypal ?
I'm from india and I used to send gift cards credits to my real paypal using US proxies and US fake paypal. but this time US fake paypal not accepting the card.

You can try to sell it on ebay.

Paypal was never banned in india, even paypal visits IITs to hire students. and they are expanding more in india this year -> https://www.thehindubusinessline.co...domestic-payments-in-india/article9949289.ece

I see lot of paypal ads on tv these days in india.

paypal is banned in pakistan and some few other countries.
and @SonOfJat maybe your stealth account is on high alert under paypal observations or maybe your card is having issues did u tried it on any other website?

I tried this card on 2-3 stealth paypal IDs. And I tried sending money directly to bank account using remitly (US to india) but there also showed some error. I checked card online it's activated and looks fine. Card is similar to before ones which I've used successfully with paypal.

If Paypal does not allow you to add the card, then it means one of two things:

1. Your PP account IP has been flagged
2. The OV card has already been added to another PP account

Edit - A 3rd possibility is that the card address doesn't match with what's on your PP account.

seems like a card issue, try to make a 1$ purchase on some website and you can verify the card integrity that way.

IP is not flagged because I'm able to add other cards, Also Card is not added with other paypal.
It might be the address matching problem.

How do you know that? If you bought the card, a lot of them are already linked to other PP accounts.

because paypal not showing such error, and also I know the client, He gives me new bought Cards everytime.

Yes, they are doing a lot of promotions in India. Like creating a new account comes with benefit like free shopping for $10 or so.

Go the Vanilla Visa website and add your zip code to the card so you can use it online.

Yes, the usual culprit is not adding the zio code in the account.

That is US zip code, obviusly only working with US paypal accounts then as well at best.
