The part that i am talking about is at 4:20 - 4:32 - It shouldnt be the exact same, it is also for a different niche, but just to give you an example of what i am looking for. Please only accept this job if you really know that you are capable of creating something like, no copy and paste shit stuff please.

I know there’s a few decent Fiverr sellers that offer video editing services, but they’ll be more about editing and splicing your existing media.

To get something like the moving background in that video, maybe one of the sellers here that offers video animation services could help you.

Only posting this to give you some ideas seeing as nobody has replied who can actually do it.
