Using subdomains for Game Hack niche safe?

I own a 4L .com domain (not google indexed)
Now I created multiple subdomains SLL verified and want to start making content (Game/App Hacks) , if I don't link to the main domain and a subdomain gets penelized (which will obvisously happen sooner or later)
Does it 1. Effect the other subdomains (also not linked togehter
2. The Main domain
3. Is google more suspicious (considering ranking etc) then with a normal domain or path.
4. Just for insterest does anyone know tips on how to avoid a penalty as long as possible

(Also ive seen alot of sites taken down , idk when , I have stopped which Blackhat at 2016 when my main page (not the same site get penelized) , Is it still worth it atall , trying to target keyword on App hacks with 1k-5k volume.

Im doing CPABuild had success back in 2016 with Youtube and Organic, once site got banned I went from 100$/day to 5$/day in a week or so
