My question is can i use keywords in CSS file name, CSS header-ID name, CSS class-ID name etc.
Is it considered keyword spamming or stuffing? I've never seen anyone discussing about using keywords in CSS files or template files, can anyone give me some insights?

I wouldn't of thought Google looked at the code as such in a web page. Calling a div, for example, makemoneyonline won't make the slightest bit of difference to your SEO. Just makes things complicated for who ever modifies your site in future.

It's because CSS files are meant for CSS and not keywords. lol
