Using Copy Content

Hello guys. Actually i wanna copy a website (images, content, elements, design i mean everything) and use that without doing any type of SEO 'coz right now i don't want any rank, also i'll use no-index on my robot.txt thats mean search engine'll not gonna crawl on my site . So what type of problems i'll can face if i do this, will i get ban from anywhere or something like that?

i used that many times when i'm driving traffic from social media and ads
 
They could report you still but mostly they worry about search engine

For instance... copyscape.
It's from their website:

is there have any way to fix this problem dude i mean how can i stop Copysentry. actually i can easily stop search engine but how i can stop Copysentry . i don't want any rank but don't wanna get any ban or something like that
 
You may have some problems I suppose, but not really sure what exactly.
 
You are safe you can easily drive traffic from social sites this way. No issue at all.

You're stealing their content... what else can I say?
 
I don't see any issues copying other people's content but then not ranking anything with them. Just that you will need to be careful with some of the larger sites - they tend to send some copyright letter to your hosting, asking ceast/desist on your website (removal of your content), then your host would mostly seek explanation from you. But if they are unable to find you as your content is not indexed, then all is well.

If you keep the search engines blocked and only intend to drive traffic from social media sites you should be fine, there's always a slim possibility that the use of that copied content will be detected depending on the site from which you are taking that content and the copyright protections they use to prevent it from happening, good luck!
 
Its okay .. and don't block the search engine .. you might outrank the original author
