Hi guys, if you are reading this tread it is because the title has instilled in you the instinct of the good entrepreneur: to save your own employees from losing their jobs.

Here are the facts, I launched an ambitious project this month: a magazine of positive news and entertainment on Southern Italy.

(For the uninitiated, Southern Italy is a bit like the "Mexico" of Europe: people are bombarded only by negative news and problems. Despite this, Southern Italy - Naples, Pompeii, Bari, Palermo - is a place wonderful).

This site is based on a beautiful Facebook page of 300k followers, with an engagement rate on very high videos (we talk about 30k shares for each video).

However, Facebook alone cannot guarantee us a sufficient amount of traffic to make the project sustainable: we must aim for SEO with great speed.

I am therefore here to ask you: what is the way to quickly receive organic traffic from Google and Google News?

I know the way there is, since I've seen news sites move to 0 to 3000 online in less than a month.
Thank you for any kind of information you want to share with me: online courses, tutorials, tips, suggestions.

Help me save the job of the 3 editors who write for this site.

Do not expect this to happen in few months . It may take an year or more before you can support your employees with the income from the site.

Target keywords with low competition at first, and lots of them. You could also buy some links to help you rank faster.

Well, if those editors are native Italians, then start a SEO company. It pays more. In the spare time, you can work on this project, along with your employees.

Op is looking to get 3k traffic on a new website within a month. I don't low competition keywords buying links will help

If you have that many Facebook likes, to really generate traffic and income, just post on FB every 1-2 hours. Schedule content every-single day. Yes, that will be a lot of content to write, but you will get a tonne of traffic - consistently, every day and it will lead to decent income for the site. You can still focus on SEO, but maximize Facebook first - as much as possible. Ensure you have multiple ad networks, especially Taboola with social media traffic (usually placed at the bottom of your blog post). Adsense, along with other ad providers (you can have them all bid against one another for max earnings).

A/B the content you think will suit your audience and you can always reshare content to schedule on Facebook. Turn that page into a traffic machine by just scheduling as much content on the page as possible.

Don't overdo it with ads though.

This will ensure you can pay your writers, especially if you have that much engagement on your Facebook page.

The quickest way to grow your SEO for a publishing business (IMHO):

With SEO, you are the best writing blog posts around long-tail keywords. By doing keyword research, you can create blogs around any of those topics of interest in your niche. You need hundreds of keywords and plan content around them. Any high-volume (or broad keywords), write authoritative content (1.5k+ words). Since you are a very targeted niche, it will be VERY easy to find low-competition keywords and building some nice links from decent link providers in the BHW marketplace.

It won't be happen in few months. It will take up to 8 to 10 months. With SEO you target low competition keywords first. Also, you can build your keyword with some good link providers in the BHW marketplace.

For news website, you have to build the brand, buy guest posts from popular bloggers in your area, this will help to gain traffic and branding. Once people started to like your content, they will visit you directly. Also, just search this forum or google about creating and syndicate news feed.

Your Content + premium guest posts + add premium pbns on those guest posts then share those guest posts on your Facebook page wait back and see the magic unfold

Also you can try running some creative or interactive ad campaigns which has to be the goal of making the website more memorable to your followers. Focus on building organic traffic.
