Hi, where do people get game cheats and hacks for games? I wanted to start CPA and use URL lockers or content lockers from cpagrip or other networks similar. Could I hire a freelancer who knows how to do this type of work? Thanks

Those mostly do not work, you can make them on paint or visual basics.

You can most definitely hire a freelancer to do this for you. However be sure that the CPA network allows you to run cheats/hacks sort of traffic.

That niche is dead. Too many competition and networks /advertisers discourage the use of those, usually fakes. I suggest you look at other options.
