Urgent Tips Needed For My Website

I have a website that has god iframes in it. Now I am thinking of adding some content in the page. Shall I add content and edit the existing iframe with text + images or shall I delete that page and make new page with words +image + iframe. Swag for answers =D :)

As far as i know Google hates sites with hidden iframes i got my adult site fucked once.

no my iframe is not hidden its shown but shall i add content to a iframe page that existed a week ago or make new page with the same iframe and text and delete previous one?
 
You can just edit it, Google should pick up the changes automatically over time. After editing you can also just ping your URL to speed up the process a bit. No need to create a new page unless there's a serious problem with the existing one.

You can easily edit that page. Not need to delete. Why you want to waste your time for making new page! :)
 
Try make an edit to already existing page
 
Indexing will be hard but upto you.

Editting exzisting way foward.

Iframes since 2010 was told stay away ....

No i used iframe for widgets . Thats where my js lies ? How can not use it ? :) and implement in website ?
