Uncertain regarding Web-Builder

Hello all, I'm unsure where to place this topic. My question is on blogging platforms,site builders and non-dmca hosting, so I thought it would fit in the 'blogging' category.

Anyway, in terms of a website builder, would I be able to create an adult website using wordpress's website builder? I am planning to take on non-dmca hosting, and would like to clarify: Does the website builder comply to DMCA hosting?

I understand that Wordpress is a open-source software, but there is also Wordpress.com (where people join and start blogging). Wordpress.com complies to dmca takedowns/complaints.

If I build my site on wordpress (software), and have non-dmca hosting, does that mean I'm fully protected from dmca complaints?

As long as you are hosting your site on non-DMCA hosting then you should be fine, regardless of what CMS you use.
